13-2-2022 NHL All-Star Skill Competitions
The annual All-Star event kicked off today with the skill competitions. Team North America and Team World competed in six different races and the fans got to see their stars shine.
Team World won the puck control relay with a team of Evgeni Malkin, Alex Ovechkin and Erik Karlsson.
Evgeni Malkin of Team World won the fastest skater competition, beating Morgan Rielly in the final.
Steven Stamkos of Team North America won the hardest shot competition with a result of 90 MPH, beating Rasmus Ristolainen in the final.
Sidney Crosby of Team North America won the accuracy shooting competition, beating Evgeni Malkin in the final.
Tuukka Rask of Team World won the goalie competition (pass&score), beating Connor Hellebuyck in the final.
Team North America won the breakaway relay with a team of Steven Stamkos, Connor McDavid and P.K. Subban.
The yearly clash between Team North America and Team World will take place tomorrow.
